Shipping and Delivery

Local Shipping


Orders are generally shipped within 6-10 business days using Ninjavan.


For bulk orders of 20 cans (1 carton) and above, please contact us at contact@drakaros.global

Self collection is not available.

Restricted Zones: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
 

 

Order Processing (Applies to local deliveries only)


Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect to receive your orders within 6-10 business days.
 

What happens if I miss my delivery?
Your order will be returned to our warehouse after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts.
 

Can I change my delivery information?
You will not be able to amend your delivery information once your order is placed, but we will try our best to help. Please contact us at contact@drakaros.global as soon as possible.

Note: Shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments.

If your order has been delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments.
 

How do I track my order?
For local addresses, we partner with courier company Ninja Van to deliver all your packages.

 

To track your order, simply log on to https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking and key in the tracking number with your order reference number.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@drakaros.global with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
